Star Gazer’s Deep Space Atlas, Outdoor edition It is a full sky atlas, size A5 for practicality, of all the stars and celestial objects (with all the relevant information) that you can locate with a telescope and binoculars. If you want to learn the sky or find these celestial objects you will definitely need the atlas. I assure you that this atlas will aid the location and viewing of objects that you never thought existed and push your telescope to its limits. Included are many of my personal favorite objects and related notes as to how I first described these objects at first sight! It’s especially made for use outdoors and there are many features that make the book unique such as the following features. Thousands of observable objects! View countless Star Clusters, Galaxies, Emission Nebulae, Planetary Nebulae, and Multiple Star Systems & Variable Stars. Detailed Star Maps! Bright and faint deep space objects are illustrated for small and larger size amateur telescopes. Objects are listed with all relevant information! All maps show very faint stars which significantly assist an observer in locating any object.

MISSION
STATEMENT
Telescope SA is geared towards providing professional services and equipment for
the novice and amateur astronomer in Southern Africa. South Africa has huge
untapped resources, offering excellent viewing and dark, clear skies (outside
the cities, of course!). This has been hampered by prohibitively expensive
equipment and generally poor service to the market as a whole, making astronomy
out of reach for all but the wealthy amateur... Until Now!
It is our intention to source telescopes and related equipment internationally
at the best possible prices and to provide back-up services and accessories to
the local market. Telescope SA imports both new and pre-owned telescopes,
oculars, motor drives, CCD cameras, binoculars, filters and other equipment
directly from international suppliers. Goods are ordered from as far a field as
the Americas, the far East and Russia; and are delivered
directly to your door! In addition to this, workshops and excursions are
organised on a demand basis - making amateur astronomy more affordable to the
South African market.
